
KELLY KERN
Attorney
Kelly has worked in civil litigation since 2020, both as a law clerk and attorney. She has litigated in State and Federal Court at the trial and appellate level. She has appeared before Courts of Common Pleas, Municipal Courts, Small Claims Courts, as well as at Arbitration, HOA Board Meetings, and School Board Meetings. Kelly drafts wills and provides comprehensive estate planning. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts including employment contracts, non-compete agreements, construction contracts and more.
Kelly worked for a solo practitioner through law school where she practiced personal injury and civil litigation including construction law. It was here that first she dreamed of opening her own firm. During her time she drafted a winning 11th District Appellate Brief, at issue was the application of the Rules of Civil Procedure. After law school Kelly joined a firm of approximately 70 attorneys where she practiced for a year and a half. During this time she practiced complex litigation and gained an eye for detail and organization. Kelly is now growing her own firm with a focus on good client outcomes and accessible services.
